We have been registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) since late 2021.

The PCAOB is a nonprofit corporation established by the United States Congress to oversee the audits of public companies in order to protect investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, accurate, and independent audit reports.

In short, the PCAOB oversees and monitors Public Accounting firms that provide audit services to SEC Registrants and Issuers. New accounting standards and financial reporting requirements for financial statements filed with the SEC evolve over time and often require an investment of time and resources to maintain proficiency.
